Following the decision of the Tunis Court of First Instance dated December 5, 2025, TSI is scheduled to restart operations on December 15, 2025.

The thirteenth edition of the «myinvestia » online stock market challenge will be launched on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. The objective of this challenge is to introduce participants to the techniques and best practices of investment in securities portfolios, and to enable them to experience the operating rules of the stock market. The challenge site is www.myinvestia.com An online registration form is available there, as well as Internal Rules setting the rules for participation and operation of the challenge. Individual and free registration avaible until January 31, 2026.

Following the publication of eight (8) ESG reports in 2024, covering the 2023 fiscal year, 2025 began with a stronger momentum in the release of non-financial disclosures by listed companies. This trend reflects the collective efforts of all stakeholders, as well as the growing maturity of listed companies, which are increasingly convinced of the value and importance of ESG reporting. In this context, a first group of thirteen (13) listed companies has already published ESG reports this year.

The 12th edition of the Myinvestia online challenge was closed today, May 30, 2025, the Tunis Stock Exchange thanks all the participants in this edition and announces that the Prize-giving ceremony to the holders of the four best portfolios, in terms of performance, will be organized soon. The 10th edition, which began on October 1st, 2024, saw the collaboration of 24,731 participants.

Tunis Stock Exchange announces the publication of its first ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) Report 2024. Through this initiative, Tunis Stock Exchange confirms its ambition to be a leading actor in establishing ESG practices in the Tunisian financial market. The report is a continuity of Tunis Stock Exchange's adherence to the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges (SSE) Initiative, and follows the issuance in 2021 of the ESG Reporting Guide, in collaboration with the Financial Market Council.

As part of their mutual commitment to the promotion and development of our national economy, the National Business Register, represented by its CEO, Mr Mohamed Adel CHOUARI, and the Tunis Stock Exchange, represented by Mr Bilel SAHNOUN, CEO, have signed a partnership agreement.
