1. Negotiated Transactions
The ceiling on commissions for negotiated transactions on the market, payable by both the seller and the buyer of securities and financial instruments, for the benefit of the Tunis Stock Exchange, through brokerage firms, is set in accordance with the following tables:

* The rate applied for the calculation of trading commissions on other securities admitted to listing (excluding admitted equity securities) was set by the Council on July 22, 2016, at 0.0005%, effective as of July 26, 2016.

The rates set out in the two tables above are reduced by 50% when transactions are carried out for the benefit of collective investment schemes in transferable securities. The broker acting on behalf of a collective investment scheme is required to indicate this specification at the time of the transaction.
The commission levied on securities admitted to listing is also applicable to initial listings.
The commission charged per transaction may not exceed, for either the seller or the buyer, forty thousand dinars (TND 40,000) for equity securities and five thousand dinars (TND 5,000) for other securities.

- The commission charged by the Tunis Stock Exchange on registered transactions may not be less than fifteen dinars (TND 15) for equity securities and five dinars (TND 5) for other securities, payable by both the seller and the buyer. It may not exceed, for each party and for each contract, forty thousand dinars (TND 40,000) for equity securities and five hundred dinars (TND 500) for other securities.
- The commission charged by the Tunis Stock Exchange for registered transactions is calculated on the basis of the latest stock price for listed companies.
