Any transfer of ownership of securities executed off‑exchange must be submitted to the Exchange for registration. However, securities issued by Non‑FAPE companies may be traded on the Off‑List Market at the request of sellers and buyers wishing to benefit from that market’s features (Article 71 of Law 94‑117).

Transactions in the securities of FAPE issuers may be registered only in the cases provided for in Article 70 of Law 94‑117.
