The commitments described in this Charter are in line with the values of the Tunis Stock Exchange, its corporate culture, and its ethical commitment. They are also faithful to the principles of integrity and transparency embedded in the individual and collective practices of its staff.
By formalizing and disseminating this Charter, the Tunis Stock Exchange aims to reassure its customers, partners, employees, and service providers, as well as judicial bodies, regulators, and supervisory authorities. To this end, the company vigilantly and rigorously ensures the protection and storage of personal data in accordance with its privacy policy; it has trained and informed all its employees in this regard.
The Tunis Stock Exchange limits access to its information system to only those persons who need it to perform their duties. Authorizations are managed in a rational manner and are issued by senior management.

The Tunis Stock Exchange may suspend the processing of personal data in certain specific cases, following a final judgment by a judicial authority or a decision by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
The Tunis Stock Exchange appoints the Head of the Legal, Control, and Compliance Department as the "Data Protection Officer." He handles requests and complaints relating to the processing of personal data. The "Officer" is also the official contact person for the National Personal Data Protection Authority (INPDP).
The Tunis Stock Exchange reserves the right to amend this "Charter" to take into account any legislative and regulatory changes and technological advances.
