Report de l’admission de la Société des Aciéries de Tunisie «SIDENOR»
La Bourse informe qu'elle a été saisie, le 9 novembre 2018, par un courrier du président du Conseil d'Administration de la société SIDENOR lui informant que le management de celle-ci a décidé de reporter l'introduction de la société au Marché Principal. Il est rappelé que le Conseil d'Administration de la Bourse a donné, lors de sa réunion du 19 juillet 2018, son accord de principe pour l'admission de la société SIDENOR, au Marché Principal de la Cote de la Bourse.
