OfficePlast: Avis d'ouverture de l'offre publique

L'introduction de la société OfficePlast au marché alternatif de la cote de la Bourse se fera par la mise sur le marché, dans le cadre d'une augmentation de capital, de 2 242 160 actions nouvelles réservées au public, soit 35,92% du capital social après la réalisation de ladite augmentation, telle que décidée par l'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire du 04/05/2015.
