As part of their mutual commitment to the promotion and development of our national economy, the National Business Register, represented by its CEO, Mr Mohamed Adel CHOUARI, and the Tunis Stock Exchange, represented by Mr Bilel SAHNOUN, CEO, have signed a partnership agreement. The aim of this partnership agreement is to strengthen the exchange of information and data on companies, and to explore avenues of cooperation to encourage companies to honor their commitments to both the National Business Register and the Tunis Stock Exchange, particularly with regard to the mandatory registration of share transfers on the Stock Exchange. Similarly, this partnership agreement aims to familiarize the employees of both institutions with the reciprocal rules and operations, in order to enhance their qualifications. Finally, this partnership agreement opens up several avenues for the two institutions to further develop our financial market.
