TUNISIE LEASING ET FACTORING - Paiement de dividendes
Tunisie Leasing et Factoring a le plaisir d'informer ses honorables actionnaires que son Assemblée Générale Ordinaire, réunie le 29 avril 2024, a fixé le montant des dividendes relatifs à l'exercice 2023 à 1,100 Dinar par action divisé comme suit :- Dividendes provenant des capitaux propres de 2013 et antérieurs : 0,493 Dinar.- Dividendes provenant des résultats reportés postérieurs à 2013 : 0,607 Dinar.La date de mise en paiement est fixée pour le 17 mai 2024
