Le consortium composé de Tunisie Leasing, Amen Bank, Proparco et deux fonds d'investissement gérés par responsAbility a signé un accord avec le consortium vendeur composé d'AfricInvest Ltd, FMO, FinnFund, B.O.A Group et Gras Savoye en vue de l'acquisition d'un bloc de majorité de la société Alios Finance S.A., dans la perspective d'en détenir une quote-part se situant entre 57,28% et 59,34% du capital et des droits de votes.
