La Société Magasin Général informe le public que la société NEW CORP qui détient 10% de son capital annonce avoir reçu l'autorisation de la BCT pour acheter en Bourse 5% supplémentaires du capital et atteindre les 15% du capital de MAGASIN GÉNÉRAL. Cette opération débutera d'ici la fin de l'année 2014.
