L'Assemblée générale extraordinaire décide d'augmenter le capital de la société d'un montant de 15.000.000 de Dinars par incorporation du compte de réserves spéciales d'investissement (investissements au sein de l'entreprise) pour un montant de 13.650.000 dinars et prélèvement d'un montant de 1.350.000 dinars du compte spécial d'investissement devenu disponible.
