Admission at the Principal market of the Dimension of the Stock ExchangeAt his meeting of July 19th, 2018, the Board of directors of the Stock Exchange gave his agreement in principle to the admission to the Principal market of the Dimension of the Stock Exchange of the 34,500,000 actions constituting the current capital of company SIDENOR, as of the 2,100,000 new actions subscribed to emit within the framework of the capital growth, of nominalone dinar each one is on the whole 36,600,000 actions.
